The objective of this project is to develop an application for the integrated management of an aggregates operation. Over the next 4 years, work will be carried out to provide a solution that solves the problem of handling the data generated in the production process and creates new value propositions for users.

25 entities make up the project consortium: Quarries (Granulats Vicat, Hanson, Holcim, CSI and CIMPOR), Technological and mining companies (Sandvik, Metso: Outotec, Maxam, ITK Engineering, AKKA, Arco Electrónica, Ma-estro, Dohmen, Herzog & Partner, Abaut, SIGMA Technologies, Mintek, Roctim), Consultants (APP Consultoría, Zabala Innovation Consulting), Universities (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Montanuniversität Leoben, Chalmers Tekniska Hoegskola AB) and other entities (ASOGRAVAS, the Directorate General of Energy, Mines and Reactivation of the Principality of Asturias, representing the Administration and the Asturian Energy Foundation as Third parties accompanying the Directorate General of Energy, Mines and Reactivation of the Principality).
