Investment projects in facilities in the programmes specified below may be supported, provided that they comply with the provisions for each programme and sub-programme of this Order of Bases in Annex I and the corresponding call for proposals:

a) Incentive programme 1: Innovative projects for agricultural facilities with storage.

b) Incentive Programme 2: Innovative projects for floating photovoltaic installations in artificial spaces with storage.

c) Incentive Programme 3: Innovative projects for the integration of renewables with storage in infrastructures.

d) Incentive Programme 4: Innovative collective self-consumption projects with storage, involving vulnerable consumers.

e) Incentive programme 5: Innovative projects for renewable heat pump installations.

2.For all incentive schemes, for the purpose of calculating the aid, the installed capacity of the eligible installation shall be considered depending on the technology used.

3.The installations must comply with the requirements established in this Order in Annex I and with the provisions of the corresponding calls for applications.

4.Eligible actions with storage must comply with the provisions of Article 41. Point 1a of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 stating that the storage component shall absorb at least 75 % of its energy from directly connected renewable energy generation facilities on an annual basis and that it shall consider all components of the investment (generation and storage) as constituting a single integrated project for verification purposes.
