Signing of the Collaboration Protocol between FAEN and APIA to Promote Energy Communities in Asturias.

The Asturian Energy Foundation (FAEN) and the Federation of Industrial Estates of Asturias (APIA) have signed a collaboration protocol to promote and boost the Energy Communities in the region's industrial estates.

With the aim of strengthening the transition towards more sustainable energy models, FAEN has launched the Community Transformation Office in Asturias. This initiative seeks to establish synergies with various institutions, organisations and companies in Asturias to achieve shared goals.

APIA, recognised for its experience in the organisation, coordination and continuous improvement of federated industrial estates, shares FAEN's commitment to the development of environmental and social measures in these areas and their surroundings.

The Collaboration Protocol signed between the two entities establishes a framework for action to promote Energy Communities. The planned actions include dissemination, disclosure and awareness-raising activities, as well as the identification, advice and promotion of the creation of these communities in the region's industrial estates.
