The Regional Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion of the Government of the Principality of Asturias has opened the call for applications for the first two blocks of grants under the Programme. Moves III for sustainable and efficient mobility . These are the subsidies from the rows 1 y 2 for the purchase of plug-in electric and fuel cell vehicles and the installation of recharging infrastructures. Both resolutions are already published in the Official Gazette of the Principality (BOPA) and beneficiaries have 12 months to prove the grant and request payment of the grant.
Aid for the purchase of plug-in electric and fuel cell vehicles (MOVES III Plan).
Beneficiaries
- Individuals who carry out economic activities, through which they offer goods and/or services on the market, in which case they must be registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria).
- Natural persons of legal age, except in cases of disability, who may be minors, with tax residence in Spain and not included in the previous section.
- Communities of owners, regulated by Law 49/1960, of 21 July, on horizontal property, which must comply with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in particular with the provisions of Article 11.3 thereof.
- Legal persons, validly constituted in Spain at the time of submitting the application, and other entities, with or without legal personality, whose tax identification number (NIF) begins with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, R or W. Entities for the Conservation of Industrial Estates or Agricultural Transformation Companies whose NIF begins with V will also be eligible.
- Local entities in accordance with article 3 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, and the institutional public sector of any Public Administration referred to in article 2.2 of Law 40/2015 of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, provided that they do not offer goods and services on the market, in which case they will be considered to be included in the previous paragraph 4.
This resolution deals solely and exclusively with applications submitted to the Line 1 (Purchase of plug-in and fuel cell electric vehicles) between 4 and 31 August 2021both inclusive. These applications are set out in Annex I.
Granting aid to support the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructures, within the framework of the European Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (MOVES III PLAN).
