The International Institute for Law and Environment (IIDMA) organises the 13 Novemberin collaboration with the Directorate General for Environmental Quality, Sustainability and Climate Change of the Second Vice-President's Office y Consellería de Medio Ambiente, Territorio y Vivienda del Gobierno de la Xunta de Galicia (Department of Environment, Territory and Housing of the Government of Galicia)with a twofold purpose: to strengthen municipal climate action through strong multilevel governance between autonomous communities and municipalities; and to promote the integration of renewable energies in the municipalities. onshore y offshore with the protection of biodiversity and territory in Spain.
